The location is very convenient. Highly recommend to choose their executive room package. The food and service are very good. The staff in the executive lounge is very friendly and helpful, especially Mam and Mint. Their service is excellent.

Great location just around the corner from the Central Siam BTS station. Also easy to get to from the airport. Take the train to Phaya Thai, transfer to the BTS Skytrain, go two stops and walk to the hotel. We booked a room on the Premier Level. Very comfortable bed in a large room. Very friendly staff in the Premier Lounge. Enjoyed chatting to Mint, Mam and Proud and appreciated their helpful suggestions regarding things to see and do in Bangkok.

One of the Best Novotel in Bangkok

The Novotel at Siam Square has always been a home away from home when I am in business in Bangkok. The newly renovated lobby and ever changing retail shops gives a fresh look. As a loyal member of Accor, I am welcomed to the Premium Lounge by Ms. Ger who tends to my every need during my stay. I really recommend this location as it is convenient with the BTS next to the hotel and plenty of F&B outlets within reach.
